In truth, for a long time, I had some pretty terrible self-esteem issues that arose from the inability to laugh at myself. My twitter profile is more of a character I play. I'm not an influential person, I'm not any kind of hero, I'm someone not used to being offended who finally found something he couldn't stomach. There are a few people I follow who retweet some very interesting articles that always catch my eye, and since I find myself having less free time but still want to know what's going on in the world, Twitter is a good platform for that.īefore I continue, I want to acknowledge the fact that me leaving Twitter isn't a big deal.
